Alan Smiedt started Smiedt & Associates on the 1st September 2008 after a long career as a senior partner of three large Cape Town Law firms. Smiedt & Associates was formed with the vision of capitalizing on the requirement for a small and focused legal firm with an exceptional service offering.\
